A Word About The Founder
•Born and Raise in the poverty- stricken Sandtown
community of Baltimore,
Mr.. Randolph has specialize in community strategic comprehensive
planning for
distress communities for over 20 years.
•His first introduction to community building was in
the early 1980 when he was hired as a community
organizer. From there he advance to a community
strategist/program developer
designing comprehensive solutions to urban distress
•neighborhoods.
•He has been an integral part of
assisting in designing and implementing national models in
economic development, workforce
development, public safety
community building, health, and
organizational development.
•As a leading consultant, he has served on national
panels that discuss lessons learned in community development: The White
Conference on lessons learn in the
empowerment zone, John Hopkins University
rebuilding neighborhoods, Woodbonre redesigning neighborhoods, The
Enterprise Foundation Comprehensive Planning
